Fall is almost upon us!

We are preparing for our Fall Maze opening in a few weeks. This year's design honors Congressman Ruben Hinojosa. He has done so much for this area of Texas and this country. The maze will have miles of paths that will create the same kind of 'get lost' fun that you are used to seeing at Rio Grande Valley Maize! The Rio Grande Valley MAiZE is located next to "Old Reb Field" in Mercedes, Texas. Now a private airfield, this little bit of history was once home to the Confederate Air Force. The skies over the MAiZE were a-buzz with old World War II era aircraft! Well ... perhaps the ghost of the Red Baron and his Fokker triplane will haunt the old Field for Halloween!?
